Steve

Steve has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1998, earning his Broker license in 2002. He has been in the sales profession for a total of 20 years. Steve owned a registered Holstein dairy farm until 1988 and sold John Deere equipment until 1998, which is when he became a Realtor. Steve joined the RE/MAX franchise in 2004. He has won several awards of achievement from the Missouri Association of Realtors, the Franklin County Board of Realtors, and the RE/MAX franchise. He is the Franklin County Board of Realtors 2008 Realtor Salesperson of the Year!

Steve is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors, the New Haven American Legion, and the Washington Chamber of Commerce. His volunteer work includes being a past Chairman and Board Member of the Washington Town & Country Fair, a member of the local National Wild Turkey Federation, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and being an officer at his church. He was appointed a Missouri State Fair Commissioner in 2008, where he will serve a three year term. 

Steve and his wife of 32 years, Judy, have two children, Kelly and Terry, and are life-long residents of Franklin County. Steve graduated from Washington High School and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, as did his daughters. He lives on the family farm and has four beagles. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and classic cars.

Steve is a professional, knowledgeable Realtor, serving all of Franklin County and the surrounding counties. He specializes in new developments, farmland, and residential housing.

Rachele

Rachele is a lifelong resident of New Haven, making her a New Haven High School alum.  She graduated from East Central College with AAS degrees in both Business Management and Marketing.  Rachele also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from Central Methodist University. Rachele has been a licensed real estate agent for three years, and obtained her broker's license in 2008.  Prior to her work in real estate, she worked at a local community bank and at neighborhood grocery stores.  Her work in these fields has given her knowledge in customer relations and service. 

Rachele comes from a family of business owners.  To name a few, her father owns a milk hauling business, working hand-in-hand with her uncles at the family dairy farm started by her grandfather Lee. Rachele previously worked on the family farm feeding calves.  Rachele attributes her background on the farm to her strong work ethic and level-headed approach.  Being raised in the rural New Haven area, Rachele is able to help customers feel at home by answering questions about surrounding schools, area businesses, and local attractions.  Rachele enjoys watching Mizzou football & Cardinals baseball and relaxing at the Lake of the Ozarks in the summers. 

Rachele is an active member of the New Haven Area Chamber of Commerce, acting as its secretary and serving her second term on the Board of Directors there.  She is also active at the Franklin County Board of Realtors, where she is a member of the Program Committee and serves on its Board of Directors.  She is a member of the New Haven American Legion Auxiliary and the New Haven Town & Country Women's Club.  She is a founding member and volunteer committee member for Cupid for the Cure, a St. Louis Affiliate for Komen for the Cure.

Rachele is a full time Realtor, dedicated and eager to work hard to assist you.  She specializes in residential housing, farmland, and new developments in the greater Franklin County, Missouri area.
